Happy Father’s Day to all of you dads out there! Thomas is sitting at his computer patiently waiting for the blueberry muffins to be done. There is coffee though. The kids are trying to get his card signed without him seeing. I have a box with some little presents from the two little kids. The two teenagers are on their own when it comes to presents. We’ll see what they come up with.

Jonah graduated twice this week. Once for IHS and once for CHS. Both graduations were very nice. We did not have to endure any speeches from public officials or unknown news reporters (Lowell class of 1982 – Diane Feinstein and Emil Guerrmo (sp?)). The principal did a short speech and one of the history teachers did a nice one. If you’re wondering what the cords are around Jonahs neck mean … one is for his CIM (certificate of initial mastery) and the other two that match are for his CAM (certificate of advanced mastery) in computer graphics (the arts). He forgot to bring his IHS medal to his CHS graduation so he’s not wearing it in the picture. He also wore everyday shoes. I told him he should have worn his flip flops (or other sandals) and he would have fit in better. One of the EmCee’s was wearing shorts and flip flops! Things sure have changed!

Blueberry muffins are done!
