04/15/09 I got 15 April 15, 2009

Filed under: Uncategorized — Liz @ 3:57 am

First of all, if you haven’t already mailed or electronically transmitted them, today is the last day to file your taxes and not incur penalties and/or interest. I did mine in February.

Second, it is 4am and I am sitting at my computer. Why you ask? Because Sarah woke up at 2am, fell asleep for a little while and woke up again at 3:20am. When will that child sleep through the night?!?

My MIL forwarded this to me and I am too lazy to forward it so here it is. I got 15 out of 20.

> This is NOT a pushover test. There are 20 questions. Average score is
> 12. It will help if you are over 60! This one will be difficult for the
> younger set. Have fun, but no peeking! When you forward this to your
> friends/family, put your score in the subject line & let them know your score.
> Good luck youngsters.

04/07/09 Nothing of value April 7, 2009

It’s a contradiction … I cannot believe it has been a month and a half since I last posted a blog entry but then again I can because it has gone by SO SLOWLY!!! Tomorrow it will be 6 weeks since I had screws put in my ankle and on Friday it will be 7 weeks since I broke my leg. It seems like such a long time but seems to have gone by in a blink from this side of it. I do not think I have accomplished anything of value in the last 6 or 7 weeks. Well I planted lettuce starts and herb seeds. Does that count? And I probably need an abacus to tabulate the number of hours spent on my butt in front of the TV logging hours of Food Network. Can you be bored with yourself? If you can I think I am.
